Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for codsnack subscriptions, add-ons, and AI token purchases. By purchasing a paid plan or tokens, you agree to this policy.
General eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, you must submit your request within the timeframe stated below and provide sufficient account details for us to verify the purchase.
Subscription refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a new subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, provided you have not substantially used premium features during that period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
AI token purchases
AI tokens are consumed when features such as menu photo import, translation, or image search run. Unused token balances may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no tokens from that purchase have been consumed. Partially used token packs are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email support@codsnack.app with your account email, invoice or transaction reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-refundable items
We generally do not offer refunds for accounts terminated due to policy violations, fully consumed token packs, custom setup work already delivered, or charges older than the eligibility window, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
Policy changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction unless a newer policy is required by law.
