Terms of Use
Last updated: July 9, 2026
Agreement
By accessing or using codsnack, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to restaurant owners, staff, and any other users of the platform.
Our service
codsnack provides tools to create, manage, and publish digital restaurant menus, including AI-assisted import, translations, templates, and public menu hosting. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse codsnack, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing intellectual property rights, attempting to disrupt the service, scraping data without permission, or using the platform for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
Your content
You retain ownership of the menu content, images, and branding you upload. You grant codsnack a limited license to host, process, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the service, including showing public menus to your customers.
Plans, billing, and tokens
Some features may require a paid plan or AI token balance. Prices and included usage are shown at checkout or in your account. Failure to maintain a valid payment method or sufficient token balance may limit access to certain features.
Intellectual property
codsnack and its software, branding, templates, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of our platform.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using codsnack at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimer
codsnack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing menu information before publishing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, codsnack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
